HP India appointed Digitas (a div. of TLG India Pvt. Ltd) to manage HP Commercial Amplify partner’s Rep. Enablement and Lead Gen Contest. This contest will be governed under the following Terms and Conditions. HP Commercial Amplify partners, and their representatives are participating in this contest, agreeing to comply with these Terms in full.

1. Overview

The engagement contest is for representatives for HP Commercial Amplify partners nominations. Any unauthorized access or nomination will be considered invalid.

  • Scope: Participation applies only to HP’s Commercial Services
  • Eligible Products: 3 years warranty + ADP; CNC (Carbon Neutral Computing);Premium Plus/Premium Support; HP Protect & Trace and Wolf Pro Security Software.
  • Period: 1st May to 31st July 2025.
  • Management: HP has appointed TLG India Private Limited to manage end-to-end representative engagement activities.
2. Participation
  • Only representatives nominated by HP Commercial Amplify partners are eligible to participate, subject to meeting the engagement content criteria:
  • Representatives must do the transaction of the eligible SKUs during the period and report their details through the prescribed channel within the specified timelines.
  • Points are awarded upon successful CP registration, onboarding, and activation
  • To be eligible for rewards, representatives must meet the minimum criteria as outlined in the engagement content structure below

Condition: For 3 years’ warranty + ADP, the minimum requirement to start earning rewards is 150 units in Metro and 75 units in non-metro. Any additional units sold beyond 150 will earn:

  • 10 points per unit for metro locations
  • 20 points per unit for non-metro locations

For the above 4 products: CNC, Premium Plus / Premium Support, HP Protect & Trace, and Wolf Pro Security Software, the reward earning will run basis the above slab only i.e. 5000 points per every 100 units for Metro cities and every 50 units for non-metro cities.
Maximum Capping: The total reward for any individual representative is capped at INR 50,000.
  • Monthly scorecards will be emailed to representatives and HP-Commercial Amplify partners, reflecting the status of claims and points earned. Partners with no submissions may not receive this update.
  • HP-Commercial Amplify partner's approval will be required at the time of reward redemption.
  • The Amplify partners must review and confirm the representative's performance. Only those representatives approved by the partner will be eligible to receive rewards.
  • Each HP Commercial Amplify partners may nominate a representative only once during the engagement content by following the official nomination process.
  • All communications will be sent to the registered contact details of approved HP-Commercial Amplify partners.
  • Partners must use the mobile number registered with HP and the masked number as shared via email communications.
  • The First step is to activate their account and confirm their participation by accepting these terms and conditions
  • Participation implies acceptance of all current and future updates to these Terms.
  • TLG reserves the right to disqualify any participant or partner found to have provided false or misleading information.
  • If a representative leaves the organization during the engagement content, any qualified rewards will be forfeited or transferred to a successor after validation by the engagement content cell.
3. Declarations
  • Only nominated representatives are eligible for rewards. Store owners, supervisors, or third parties are not eligible to claim rewards.
  • By submitting a nomination, the partner confirms that all details provided are accurate to the best of their knowledge.
  • Partners are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their nominated representatives' information.
4. Details Submission Requirements

Representatives must:

  • Submit entries using the format shared via official communication.
  • Attach valid invoices and purchase order (PO) copies.
  • Email the entries to the designated ID.
  • Only qualified SKUs and services are eligible for rewards.
5. Reward Disbursement
  • Participants who meet the engagement content criteria and submit valid documentation will be eligible for rewards.
  • Rewards will be distributed in the form of gift vouchers, with the brand finalized prior to issuance.
  • Rewards are non-cash and non-transferable.
  • Disbursement will occur quarterly, based on verified and approved points earned.

      5.1 Reward Disbursement Process:

    • Validate all eligible details submissions.
    • Allocate points based on approved criteria.
    • Share performance updates and disburse rewards accordingly.

      5.2 Voucher Validity:

    • Gift vouchers will have a defined expiration date.
    • As per brand Terms & Conditions, **expired vouchers cannot be revalidated or extended** under any circumstances.
    • Participants are advised to redeem their vouchers within the specified validity period to avoid forfeiture.
6. Engagement Activities, Key Deliverables:
  • Educating representatives about HP Commercial Services to help them perform better.
  • Regularly updating a calendar of all engagement activities for easy tracking including the ongoing and upcoming tasks
  • Tracking and scoring participants based on their active engagement.
  • Representatives will earn points based on their level of engagement. Those with the highest points will receive higher benefits following the provided slab and criteria.
  • Participants can get help and support by reaching out through email.
7. General Conditions
  • TLG reserves the right to verify all claims at any point.
  • Any attempt to falsify, misrepresent, or manipulate data will lead to disqualification and potential legal action.
  • TLG is not responsible for delays or failed entries due to technical or network issues.
  • TLG may revise, suspend, or terminate the engagement content at its discretion without prior notice.
8. Data Privacy & Consent
  • By participating, users consent to the collection and processing of their personal and professional data for purposes related to this engagement content.
  • Data will be handled in accordance with HP’s privacy policies and relevant data protection laws.
